In this article, we comment on the recent article “Evaluation of trace metals found in bottled waters sold in Izmir Turkey”, published in the Journal of Ekoloji by Murat Yabanli (2012). Our aim is to show that some incorrect assumptions and data employed in the analysis results in invalid results and conclusions.

To explore the color index’s differenece law of Toona sinensis wood from different provenances, we use 20 years old wood which is from Jiaozuo, Luoyang, Shangqiu, Nanyang area of Henan Province as the raw materials to survey and analyze the color index L*a*b* and chromatic value. The results are as follows: The greater color index a*, the greater the chromatic value. When combined with the actual visual perception, the chromatic value is closer to human visual perception than color index a*, which can express the change of red degree of Toona sinensis wood more comprehensive.

ABSTRACT

Three kinds of wood, Prunus trilobata, Hong Ji Mu and Huang Jing Mu, were selected as the research objects. TG, FT-IR and GC-MS) And thermal desorption-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (TDSGC- MS) were used to analyze the organic solvent extracts from three kinds of wood. The statistical methods were used to establish the TG and FT-IR fingerprints and the GC-MS chemical composition analysis tables of all kinds of wood respectively, and then the comparative analysis was conducted. The results showed that the three kinds of wood TG maps and FTIR fingerprints of the overall trend of consistency, however, there are differences in details. These differences are conducive to the future division and reasonable combination of the three types of timber in the scientific use of the three types of timber resources. At the same time, GC-MS was used to compare and analyze the chemical compositions of the three woods. The results showed that the chemical compositions of the three woods were similar, and the three kinds of wood had a significant role in the fields of medicine and so on. Through the GCMS analysis of three kinds of wood, it is beneficial to the application in the fields of medicine, fragrance, chemical industry and fine chemical industry, which provides the basis for more scientific utilization of three kinds of wood resources in the future. According to the result of TD-GC-MS analysis, it helps us understand the three kinds of wood ingredients, as well as the functional, pros and cons of the ingredients. Thus, in the future can be more scientific, healthy, reasonable use of these three kinds of wood.

The purpose of our research is to determine the chemical composition of the DLR heartwood and evaluate the applications and functions of the compounds to establish the uses of this valuable material. In this study, we used five methods to detect and analyze the chemical components, including TG and GC-MS, Py-GC/MS, TD-GC/MS. The major chemical compounds were phenols, alcohols, acids, and ethers in addition to cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin. The main chemical compounds present in the extractives were elemicin, β-eudesmo l, 2,6-dimethoxy-4-allylphenol, catechol, for mononetin, and 7-hydroxy-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2H-chromen-2-one.

ABSTRACT

New ways of rapeseed cake resource utilization were explored by pyrolysis. The results showed that the largest component types at 600°C, at 300°C pyrolysis produced mainly esters (accounting for 41.68% of the total), followed by ketone (30.73%); at 450°C (41.46%) mainly ketones and esters (40.63%) were produced and small amounts of alkane (1.35%) and alcohol (2.36%) began to appear in the substance; at 600°C (37.42%) ketones were mainly found and the ester content decreased to 14.36%, and a new category emerged: ethers and amine, but to a lesser content, below 5%; at 750°C,mainly esters (29.68%), as well as the content close to ketone (16.04%), aldehyde (16.68%), olefin (15.67%), and hydroxyl acids (12.73%) were found, while ethers and composition of amine disappeared. 48 and 45 compounds were identified from 450 and 600°C Pyrolyzates of extraction residues, respectively. The types of pyrolyzate at 450°C are up to 15, and the highest content is ketone (20.90%), followed by heterocyclic (20.33%). At 600°C, 14 types of pyrolyzate were found, the highest content is heterocyclic (29.22%), followed by ketone (21.33%), and hydrocarbons (20.75%). Component analysis showed many new substances in the pyrolyzates of rapeseed extract and extraction residue.

By means of the thermogravimetric analyzerr, the Vitex negundo wood flour with different extraction materials was heated under the control temperature. And finally the relationship between temperature change and material mass and moisture content is analyzed by TG curve. By gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis of the chemical components of the vitex negundo wood, explore its contain more sugar, oleamide, oleic acid, phenol and small amounts of formaldehyde, explain vitex negundo wood in food, medicine, industry, etc.. The fast Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy was used to detect the characteristics of Vitex negundo wood flour and the organic solvent of Vitex negundo wood which was added into the extract. And the main components of extraction are aromatic, acids, ketones, aldehydes, alcohols, alkanes, phenols and ethers. Using thermal desorption gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (TD-GC-MS) analysis to analyze the volatile compounds of vitex negundo wood, it can contains a lot of intermediates for formation of organic compounds, and has certain phenol and aldehyde components can be used for medicine.

The organic solvent extracts were analyzed by FTIR and GC-MS. Millettia leucantha Kurzwas analyzed by TG and Py-GC-MS. Next, pyrolysis products were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that Millettia leucantha extract contains high amounts of bioactive ingredients, such as alkanes, phenols, alcohols, olefins and acids. Millettia leucantha extract has very good application prospects in the fields of bioenergy, biomedicine, cosmetics, skin care products and spices. The extraction and analysis of the chemical constituents of Millettia leucantha provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of this plant.

In this paper, the human health components of Dalbergia cochinchinensis are studies via PY-GC-MS, TDS-GC-MS, and GC-MS. The composition of known human health functions was studied by reviewing available literature. 2-Methoxy-4-vinylphenol has a strong anti-inflammatory effect, which is mediated via inhibition of NF-KB and MAPK activation and histone acetylation; Apocynin is a naturally occurring methoxy-substituted catechol that is used as an inhibitor of NADPH oxidase. It can reduce superoxides produced by activated neutrophils and macrophages, and its phagocytic capacity is not affected.

Dalbergia fusca Pierre TG, PY-GC-MS, TDS-GC-MSP, FT-IR and GC-MS analysis of organic solvent extracts. Pyrolysis products were then analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that the Dalbergia fusca extract contained a large amount of bioactive ingredients, including alkanes, phenols, alcohols, ethers and acids. The main constituents of Dalbergia fusca are healthy and abundant in the Dalbergia fusca extract; the main representatives of the active ingredient are alpha. Bisabolol, Vanillin, Nonanal, Homovanillic acid, Methylparaben, Phthalic anhydride, Benzoic acid, Octadecanoic acid, Benzoic acid, 4-hydroxy- and n-Hexadecanoic acid. Not only in bioenergy, biomedicine, cosmetics, skin care products, spices and other fields there is potential for the future. Dalbergia fusca the chemical composition of Pierre provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization of this plant.

This paper investigated the adhesion charactics between aluminum foils and phenol resin, polyvinyl acetate emulsion and mixed reins by FT-IR and XPS. The results showed that O in the hydroxyl and C-O in the reins could formed the chemical bonding (C-O-Al) with special forms of aluminum ions. The formation of chemical bonding could improve the bond strength and properties of multi-layered structural plywood made from veneers and aluminum foils. Therefore the paper provides a scientific foundation for potential application prospects of Wood/ Aluminum composites.

Camellia oleifera b is an evergreen tree that are widely planted in the subtropical region of southern China. The oil from C. oleifera seed is high-grade edible oil that is unique to China, with rich unsaturated fatty acids. C. oleifera can be obtained through a series of processing technology, such as hair oil, refined oil and so on. However, the trace active components vary in Camellia seed oil products at different processing stages, therefore, the trace components characteristic of petroleum ether extracts from 5 Camellia seed oil products (crude oil, first-grade finished oil, second-grade finished oil, refined oil, cold-pressed oil) were analyzed. The petroleum ether extract of first-grade finished oil is rich in Elaidic acid, while the contents in other 4 Camellia seed oil products are different distinctly, which ban be used to reduce cholesterol content and as food additive. The petroleum ether extracts from all 5 Camellia seed oil products have cis-11-octadecenoic acid, cis-9-Octadecenoic acid, octadec-9-enoic acid, and some components which can be developed into materials for cosmetics and biomedicine.

Cinnamomum camphora is an important timber and economic tree species in southern China. The leaves of C. camphora are a renewable biological resource and are an important resource for the comprehensive development and utilization of eucalyptus. The composition and functional characteristics of ethanol extracts from leaves of three chemotypes C. camphora were elucidated by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS). The results showed that the known contents of volatile organic components (VOCs) detected in the three chemotypes leaves accounted for 98.428%, 45.185% and 97.907% of the total essential oil respectively, and two of them were identified, namely aromatic camphor (Linalool 66.774%) and camphor type (Camphor 47.483%). However, a special component with 53.070% content in the one chemotypes was not identified. Its second-rich component is trans-(+)-Nerolidol, with a content of 17.725%. More substances were detected in Camphor type than those of the other two chemotypes, and there were more VOCs at low distillation points. The unknown chemotypes of C. camphora are more abundant in VOCs than that of distillation points. Meanwhile, some bioactive components including 3-Hexen-1-ol, (Z)-, Eucalyptol, Caryophyllene, Humulene and Caryophyllene oxide were detected in three chemotypes of C. camphora.

Torreya grandis can only survive in China because of its unique living habits. In recent years, because of the increasing demand for wood, the social value of Torreya grandis has become progressively high. However, people ignored the use of its bark, believing that only the timber was of value. In order to explore a new way to utilize the resources of Chinese Torreya bark, methanol and ethanol were used to extract the powder of Chinese Torreya bark. The extracts were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The pyrolysis products of catalytic cracking products and high efficiency extraction products were studied by GC-MS. The results showed that the extracts from the bark of Torreya grandis contain a large number of bioactive components, and these substances can be advantageous for human use. The chemical constituents of different extracts from the bark of Torreya grandis were studied, and a theoretical basis for the rational utilization of the bark was provided.

This paper analyzes ChineseBuckeyeSeed using TG to analyze organic solvent extracts, the pyrolysis product was then analyzed by Py-GC-MS. The results show that the ChineseBuckeyeSeed is mainly healthy and rich in ChineseBuckeyeSeed extracts, The main representative of the active ingredient are Furfural, Isosorbide Dinitrate, Catechol, 1,2-Benzenediol, 4-methyl-, 3-Amino-s-triazole, 2,3-Quinoxalinedione, 1,4-dihydro-, Docosanoic acid, Medetomidine. ChineseBuckeyeSeed extract contains a large amount of biologically active ingredients, including acids, phenols, alcohols, ketones and ethers, not only in the fields of bioenergy, biomedicine, cosmetics, skin care and fragrance, but also potential application prospects, ChineseBuckeyeSeed's chemical composition research provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization of this plant.

Osmanthus fragrans is a widely multi-purpose economic plant in China. However, few study was focus on the utilization of Osmanthus fragrans wood. In this study, the pyrolysis products of Osmanthus fragrans var thunbergii (OFVT) wood were investigated by PY-GC-MS. According the results of PY-GC-MS analysis, there are 185 chemical constituents were identified in 201 peaks of Osmanthus fragrans wood. The results shows that the pyrolysis products of Osmanthus fragrans wood contained many high-value components, such as acetic acid, methyl glyoxal, azetidine, creosol, vanillin, furfural, trans-isoeugenol, and so on, which can be used as a raw materials for chemicals and fuels. The thermal properties of Osmanthus fragrans wood was measurement by thermogravimetric analyzer.

Rosa Laevigata Michx was used as the research object to extract the active constituents from Rosa laevigata. Three extracting agents – Ag, Fe3O4, and Ag+Fe3O were prepared to arrange the sakura seed nanocatalyst. The extracts of each sakura flower were analyzed using thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (PY-GC-MS). The TG fingerprints of various types of wood and the chemical composition analysis tables of PY-GC-MS were established by statistical methods. Based on the results of the analysis, the three wood components, the functionality, advantages, and disadvantages of the ingredients could all be better understood. Therefore, the information gained from these results can be implemented more scientifically, healthily, and reasonably in future.

Cinnamomum camphora has been used as an excellent tree during construction of beautiful China. In order to explore the utilization potential of bioactive components from the branches of cold-acclimated C. camphora in North China, the diverse bioactive components were successfully extracted by acetone, benzene and ethanol, and identified by GC-MS/MS and QTOF-LC-MS. Among the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from three extractions of C. camphora branch, the benzene extract has the highest contents of bioactive components for biomedicine, bioenergy, food additive and spices, the acetone extract has highest contents of cosmetics components. Among the non-volatile organic compounds (non-VOCs), the benzene extract has the highest contents of bioactive components for food additive spices and cosmetics, the acetone extract has highest contents of biomedicine components. These findings suggested that the branch of cold-acclimated C. camphora has the potential to develop diverse bioactive products by different extractions.

In order to make full use of resources, reduce environmental pollution, improve the comprehensive utilization rate of wood, and study the utilization potential of Lobed Kudzuvine Root Bark in high-value bio-energy and other high value-added industries. In the Lobed Kudzuvine Root Bark biomass oil, and the residue after the proposed active ingredients can be used as part of the biomass liquid fuel for future use. And some alcohols, acids, ketones, aldehydes, etc. can also be used as an excellent solvent commonly used in industry, aliphatic aldehydes, acids, phenols and their derivatives are chemical raw materials. Most of all, it reveals the economic value of Lobed Kudzuvine Root Bark and provides a scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization of high quality resources of Lobed Kudzuvine Root Bark.

The huge resource of walnut shells were almost low efficient utilization. Therefore, the nano-catalytic technology was used to reveal the bioactive component characteristic by nanocatalysts. Three kinds of nanocatalysts (Ag, NiO, 1/2 Ag + 1/2 NiO) was added to the original powder of the walnut shell for pyrolysis at 300°C. The results showed that the main types of pyrolyzates are: bioenergy, biomedicine, food additive, spices and chemical raw materials. Among them, the original powder treaded with nano-Ag has higher component content of chemical raw materials and bioenergy. Treating with nano-NiO, the component content of chemical raw materials and perfumes in pyrolyzate is relatively higher. Treating with nano- 1∕2Ag+1∕2NiO, the component content of most functional substances increases more in pyrolyzate, especially, the proportions of biomedicine and bioenergy increase significantly. The findings suggested that the content of pyrolyzate is different with different nanocatalysts, and nanocatalyst 1∕2Ag+1∕2NiO can be used to produce pyrolyzate including bioactive components of bioenergy and biomedicine.

Robinia pseudoacacia is one of the main tree species for greening in Henan Province, while R.pseudoacacia flowers (RPFs) are not enough utilized except edibility. The active ingredients in solution extracts of Robinia Pseudoacacia flowers (RPFs) were detected and analyzed. The results for the RPFs characteristic groups indicated that there are organic compounds and contain double bonds in RPFs, which may contain saturated hydrocarbons and unsaturated hydrocarbons. The results on non-volatile substances and volatile substances in RPFs indicated that the extracts of acetone, benzene and ethanol are rich in active substances. The findings suggested that RPFs have great potential in high-efficient extraction resourcing for biomedicine and chemical materials.

Robinia pseudoacacia has been planted all over the world, while R. pseudoacacia flowers (RPFs) are not enough utilized except edibility. The high value resourcing of RPFs were explored by nano pyrolysis. The original powder of RPFs and the sample treated with the nanocatalysts (NiO, Fe2O3, 1/2 NiO + 1/2 Fe2O3) were pyrolyzed at 550°C. This result indicates that the pyrolysis at 550°C can increase the content of bioenergy and cosmetics in the pyrolysis products in RPFs, while the nano-Fe2O3 cannot play a positive catalytic role. The findings here suggested that RPFs have great potential in high value resourcing for biomedicine and chemical materials.

Cinnamomum camphor has been introduced into North China as a greening tree for beautiful China project. However, the value of C. camphor bark has not been revealed and hence was abandoned directly, causing great waste of resources and environmental pollution. Therefore, the components of pyrolyzates from bark of C. camphor in North China were regulated by nanocatalysis with different catalysts. The powder of C. camphor bark and the powders treated with nanocatalysts (Ag, NiO, 1/2Ag+1/2NiO) were pyrolyzed at 550°C. The original powder pyrolyzate and three nano-catalyzed pyrolyzates are abundant in bioactive components of bioenergy, biomedicine, food additive and spices; however, nano-Ag and nano-NiO catalyses increse the content of biomedicine components, nano-NiO catalysis increases the content of cosmetics components. These findings here suggested that C. camphor bark has a potential of biomedicine and cosmetics utilization by special nanocatalysis.

Chaenomeles sinensis is an excellent ornamental tree suitable for Beautiful China Project. However, the current researches on C. sinensis mainly focused on cultivation and landscape, and lacked of high valued-added utilization of components from C. sinensis immature fruits. Therefore, the components were extracted from C. sinensis immature fruit with benzene, acetone and ethanol, then functional components were identified by FT-IR, GC/MS and QTOF-UPLC/MS. The main volatile organic compounds (VOCs) of C. sinensis immature fruit are esters, acids, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, heterocycles, alkanes. Non-VOCs are esters, acids, alcohols, aldehydes. VOCs of all three extracts contain rich bioactive components including .beta.-Sitosterol, Hexadecanoic acid, 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid Benzaldehyde, while Non-VOCs contain rich biomedicine components including Pinoresinol dimethyl ether, 11-Oxo-kansenonol, Liquidambaric lactone, 28-Deacetylbelamcandal, umbelliferone, Methyl Caffeate, trichosanic acid, fritilleinide A, Soyacerebroside II. Interestingly, some new components including baicalin, methyl arteisinate and mangiferonic acid were firstly reported here.

Thermogravimetric and pyrolytic analyses were carried out to detect the various active ingredients and chemical substances in the leaves of Chinese white pine (Pinus armandii Franch), which were then analyzed and studied to understand their functions and the functions of their chemical components. The chemical substances contained therein mainly represent acrylamide, glycidol, pyruvic aldehyde, formic acid, cyclopentadiene, acetic acid, isovaleraldehyde, benzoic acid, and stearic acid. These chemical ingredients can be applied to new bioenergy, medicinal fields, and food ingredients such as spices. These chemical components also provide a new scientific basis and developmental direction for the utilization of Pinus armandii.

Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) was used to study the thermal weight loss behavior of Pinus armandii Franch bark. The results showed that the pyrolysis reaction of P. armandii Franch bark was mainly carried out after 220°C, and the thermal stability was better before 220°C. The pyrolysis behavior and products of P. armandii Franch bark were studied by pyrolysis-gas phase-mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS). The identified compounds can be classified into esters, alcohols, carbohydrates, acid anhydrides, aldehydes, ketones, alkenes, and organic acids.

ABSTRACT

Stem-analysis and timber segregation observation were conducted to investigate the effects of different site conditions on the height, ground diameter, volume and fiber morphology of Fraxinus velutina. The results showed that the growth characteristics were significant difference on the different site conditions. Fraxinus velutina grew better on the site of sufficient water and fertilizer and good soil texture. The growth characteristics were medium，but it was suitable for furniture and fiberboard processing industry.

In this paper, FT-IR spectroscopy and gc-ms were used to analyze the schisandra chinensis. The results show that the main components of schisandra solvent extraction in ft-ir spectrum analysis are phenols, alcohol compounds, fatty acids, alkanes, ether compounds, lipids and hydrocarbons. The main components of solvent extraction are phenols, alcohol compounds, fatty acids, alkanes, ether compounds, lipids and hydrocarbons, and the decomposed substances contain a variety of natural active ingredients.

Kadsura coccinea are widely distributed in many parts of China. Its fruit can be eaten and the roots can be used as medicine. However, K. coccinea still lack extensive use. In this paper, nano-catalysis and highefficiency extraction methods were used to reveal the resource utilization of K. coccinea. This study reviews the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Kadsura coccinea by Fourier transforminfrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyze the organic solvent extracts of K. coccinea. FT-IR fingerprints and GC-MS chemistry were established by statistical methods. A component analysis table was used to analyze the functionality of the components. The results provide an experimental basis for pharmacological research and for the development and utilization of K. coccinea.

With the increasing of energy consumption, it is important to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. Integrated energy system can effectively improve energy efficiency by coupling multiple energy sources. In order to further improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions, this paper proposes an energy efficiency optimization model with power to gas system (P2G). The energy supply cost and overall energy efficiency of integrated energy system are improved by hybrid energy storage system, which increases the system's wind power consumption rate by 11.2%. And the optimization strategy proposed in this paper increases the total energy efficiency of the system by 7.3% and reduces the total carbon emissions by 15.1%.

With the rapid increase of electric vehicles (EV), their charging loads will have a significant impact on power grid. It is important to propose an appropriate electric vehicles charging strategy and establish a comprehensive evaluation method. In this paper, the charging strategy of electric vehicles is optimized by considering the users’ charging satisfaction and the consumption rate of distributed wind power, and a comprehensive evaluation system of charging strategy is proposed by considering economic indicators and ecological indicators. The evaluation results show that the improvement of electric vehicles charging strategy will reduce the charging cost by 43.7% and the carbon emissions by 5.7%.

With the increase of installed renewable capacity in offshore areas, the uncertainty and randomness of wind speed and solar radiation have a significant impact on the power system. Therefore, it is necessary to study the offshore multi-energy system. A traditional offshore community with hybrid energy storage system (HESS) installation usually participates in demand response program to improve system economy. However, due to the high price and low discharge power of the HESS, it cannot response to the loads effectively. This paper introduces water electrolysis and on-board hydrogen storage technologies to an offshore community, so as to effectively optimize the operation of system. Subsequently, to analyze the impact of climate change on system operation, the concept of loads matching degree is firstly defined. Results show that compared with the traditional offshore multi-energy system, the improved system can significantly reduce system operation costs and carbon emissions by 23.02% and 48.43%, respectively.

The unbalanced movement and exerting excessive strength will further lead to injures of waist, knee, should joint, etc, and thus severely impact careers of skiers. This paper conducted retrospective analysis of occurrence situations of absolute strength injures after skiers applied with comprehensive prevention measures and excellent effect was obtained. Since the operation risk on elder patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc in combination with fracture of lumbar vertebra is high, the stability of vertebrae is low, the insertion of internal fixations is the necessary testify as well as the condition of high occurrence rate of complications. Therefore, the clinical researches of treating elder protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc and fracture of lumbar vertebra by posterior lumber intervertebral fusion in combination with interarticular screw sighting device was carried out in our hospital, and it received a relatively good result.

The nonunion for Lumbar vertebrae fracture treated by surgery will affect not only the patient's quality of life, but also their daily training. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause the nonunion for operative treatment of Lumbar vertebrae fracture and put forward the active and effective remedial measures. Materials and methods: 1,250 cases of lumbar vertebral fractures of wushu athletes admitted to our hospital from May 2010 to May 2015 under environmental pollution were selected as the research objects. Among them, 656 patients were treated with manipulative reduction and external fixation, and the other 594 patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. After the operation, 80 cases of nonunion occurred, including 22 cases of common plate fixation, 24 cases of pure wire cerclage fixation, 18 cases of internal fixation with Kirschner wire and 16 cases of joint wire cerclage internal fixation with Kirschner wire respectively. Then the 80 cases of nonunion were applied with pelvic reconstruction plate fixation and autogenous cancellous bone graft fixation. After the operation, they should be fixed with abducent bracket for 6 weeks, examined through X-ray and observed for healing condition. Meanwhile, the reasons of nonunion in different patients should be concluded. Results: Follow-up examination were conducted for the patients for 3 consecutive years after the surgery, and results showed that all the 80 patients were fully healed in 15 -25 weeks after the operation, with union rate reaching 100%. Conclusion: The application of open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of lumbar vertebrae fracture causes higher nonunion rate and involves multiple nonunion causes. Therefore, in-depth analysis of nonunion factors should be carried out and active and effective remedial measures should be implemented to improve curative effect, so that patients can get rehabilitation as soon as possible.

To observe the long-term effectiveness of Rain and snow environment pedicle screw plus interbody fusion cage for basketball athletes with lumbar spondylolisthesis and make an in-depth analysis and investigation. Methods A Rain and snow environment total of 600 basketball athletes with lumbar spondylolisthesis were recruited in this study. They were divided into research group and control group, with 300 cases in each group. 300 cases in the control group accepted pedicle screw alone, while those in the research group did pedicle screw plus interbody fusion cage. After the treatment, the overall effectiveness for patients in both groups were observed, counted and then compared. .Conclusions For basketball athletes, it is a common occurrence of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Pedicle screw plus interbody fusion cage for lumbar spondylolisthesis has a distinct improvement of available therapies, convenient operation and small wound.

The study aims to observe and analyze Significance of Under air pollution Serum Amylase, Lipase and C - Reactive Protein in Diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis. The levels of serum amylase, lipase and C-reactive protein were measured and compared with those of 200 acute abdomen patients of non-acute pancreatitis. Results: Compared with the control group, serum C-reactive protein level in patients with acute pancreatitis was significantly higher. In the stage of admission, blood C-reactive protein in patients with severe acute pancreatitis was higher compared to patients with mild pancreatitis, P <0.05; Serum amylase and lipase levels were significantly higher in patients with acute pancreatitis than those in acute abdomen patients of non-acute pancreatitis (P <0.05). In the ROC curve, serum amylase and lipase have higher area under the curve, both with high accuracy; Conclusion: For diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, joint detection of serum amylase, lipase and C-reactive protein can obtain high accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, which also can be widely used in identification of acute pancreatitis and non-acute pancreatitis of acute abdominal disease.

Application of Chinese medicine on acute soft tissue injuries of Wushu athletes. Methods: A total of 160 Wushu athletes diagnosed with acute soft tissue injury in our hospital were selected for study. The time range was from January 2015 to December 2017. The study subjects were randomly divided into study group and reference group, each having 80 cases. Where, the reference group was treated with external application of Chinese medicine, and the study group was treated with Yunnan Baiyao aerosol. Treatment effect of the two groups was compared.  Results: comparison of the overall treatment efficiency of the two groups showed that the study group was significantly superior to the reference group, P < 0.05; comparison of symptom score of the two groups before and after treatment showed that the study group was more advantageous compared to the reference group, P < 0.05; there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the patients, P > 0.05.

The 120 patients with chronic soft tissue injury who were treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. All the patients were table tennis players. The patients were randomly divided into study group and reference group. Where, the study group was treated with sunshang capsule, while the reference group was treated with bone setting therapy. The treatment efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. By adopting different treatment options and comparing the soft tissue pain symptoms and comprehensive functional activity scores, the results showed that the study group enjoyed more significant advantages, P < 0.05. In comparison of the overall treatment efficiency,
study group enjoyed more pronounced advantages, P < 0.05. Treatment of chronic soft tissue injury in table tennis players can achieve better results and significantly improve their quality of life.

The treatment efficacy was observed and compared between the two groups. In observation of the comparison of the degree of total active activity in different time periods after operation, the improvement degree of the study group was obviously superior to that of the control group, P < 0.05; in addition, the overall treatment efficacy was compared between the two groups, which was higher in study group. The effect of combined therapy of IL-2 and IFN-α on immune function of postoperative patients with liver cancer was observed and analyzed in ecological environment. The 160 patients with liver cancer who received treatment in our hospital were selected as research objects, all of whom were applied with treatment for liver cancer. All the patients in this study enjoyed the right to know and signed informed consent before study. The patients were divided into research group and control group, each containing 80. The patients in control group were treated with IFN-α after operation, while patients in research group were applied with combined therapy of IL -2 and IFN. Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in SIL-12 level between research group and control group, P > 0.05; After implementing different treatments, theSIL-12 level in research group increased significantly, which was significantly higher than that of control group, P < 0.05. In addition, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD56+in research group after treatment were also significantly superior to control group, and the intergroup difference was of statistical significance, P < 0.05. The combined therapy of IL-2 and IFN-αwould effectively improve the immune function of postoperative patient with liver cancer and obtain better prognosis, which should be promoted clinics.

To evaluate the improvement of the walking function in basketball players who had thoracolumbar spinal cord injury after isokinetic training. A total of 160 basketball players suffered from thoracolumbar spinal cord injury and treated at our hospital were enrolled. All patients were randomized into research group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. Of those, the patients in the control group was subjected to normal rehabilitation training while isokinetic training was applied on the patients in the research group on that basis. The therapeutic efficacy of both groups was observed and compared. Compared with the control group, the Asia motor score (ASIA), functional comprehensive assessment (FCA), walking ability and activities of daily living (MBI) were significantly better in
the research group (P < 0.05). The six-minute walking distance and ten-meter walking time were obviously better in the research group (P < 0.05). Application of the isokinetic training in the walking function of basketball players who had thoracolumbar spinal cord injury could significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy, actively improve the patient’s walking function and promote recovery.

To accurately assess the gymnast suffered from in complete lumbar spinal cord injury with surface electromyography and isokinetic testing. A total of 200 gymnasts suffered from incomplete lumbar spinal cord injury and treated at our hospital were enrolled. These patients were divided into control group that subjected to routine rehabilitation training and research group that underwent routine rehabilitation training and isokinetic testing. The therapeutic efficacy (manual muscle test (MMT) of the knee muscles, isokinetic testing, surface electromyography test) of both groups were observed and compared. After 12 weeks of treatment, the hamstring peak torque/body weight, quadricepspeak torque/body weight, biceps femoris in tegratedelectromyography (IEMG), rectus femoris IEMG and quadriceps endurance of both groups were significantly improved compared with those before therapy (P < 0.05). Also, the improvement of the research group was markedly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Moreover, there was significant decrease in the mean power frequency (MPF) of biceps femoris and rectus femoris in research group, as compared with that of the control group (P < 0.05). Application of surface electromyography and isokinetic testing in the assessment of lower extremities muscle strength and endurance in
patients with incomplete lumbar spinal cord injury could produce more accurate results.

Objective: To observe and analyze the surface electromyography and isokinetic muscle test for aerobics athletes with exercise-induced rotator cuff injury. Methods: A total of 180 aerobics athletes with exercise-induced rotator cuff injury treated at our hospital were enrolled (research group). Meanwhile, 180 healthy athletes were selected as control group. Surface electromyography and isokinetic muscle test were performed on members in both groups. And the results were compared. Results: Results showed that the EMG value of supraspinatus and infraspinatus of the research group were significantly lowered than those of the control group, when the shoulder was abduced at an angular velocity of 60 °/s and 90 °/s. (P < 0.05); meanwhile, the EMG value of infraspinatus of the research group
were significantly lowered than those of the control group, when the angular velocity was 90 °/s and 120 °/s (P < 0.05); moreover, the peak torques of the research group at shoulder external/internal rotation as well as at shoulder abduction and adduction with an angular velocity of 60 °/s, 90 °/s and 120 °/s were significantly lowered than those of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: When an athlete suffered from rotator cuff injury, it will be difficult to involve the supraspinatus and the infraspinatus muscles at shoulder abduction. And the combined force of the middle bundle of deltoid muscle and supra spinatus would be impaired due to rotator cuff injury, thus weakening the shoulder joint abduction ability.

To observe and evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of foulage in the treatment of tibialis anterior athletic fatigue in gymnast with surface electromyography and isokinetic testing. Methods: A total of 140 gymnasts suffered from tibialis anterior athletic fatigue were enrolled. All patients were randomized into research group (foulage group) and control group (rest group), with 70 cases in each group. Tibialis anterior athletic fatigue was modeled with isokinetic testing, once before therapy and once after treatment. In the passive movement of the ankle, the angular velocity was set as 60°/s. Meanwhile, various indexes were measured with surface electromyography during passive movement, including the integrated electromyography, maximal amplitude, median frequency and slope of the tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius muscle. Results: The integrated electromyography, maximal amplitude, median frequency and slope of the tibialis anterior before treatment were recorded during isokinetic testing. And results showed that there was no significant difference between both groups (P > 0.05). After 5 minutes of resting, the integrated electromyography and gain ratio, maximal amplitude and gain ratio, median frequency and gain ratio, as well as slope and gain ratio of the tibialis anterior were greatly reduced (P < 0.05).When foulage therapy was performed, the above indexes (the integrated electromyography and gain ratio, maximal amplitude and gain ratio, median frequency and gain ratio, as well as slope and gain ratio) of the research group were up-regulated markedly than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Application of foulage therapy significantly relieved muscle fatigue. Meanwhile, surface electromyography and isokinetic testing had high scientificity and rationality in evaluating the therapeutic efficacy of foulage in the treatment of tibialis anterior athletic fatigue in gymnast.

To observe and explore the therapeutic effects of external fixator with joint and limited internal fixation in the treatment of complex elbow fracture dislocation in basketball player. Methods: A total of 180 basketball players with complex elbow fracture dislocation (from January 2015 to June 2018) were randomized into research group and control group, with 90 cases in each group. The patients in the control group underwent internal fixation, while the patients of the research group were subjected to external fixator with joint and limited internal fixation. And the therapeutic effects were compared between both groups. Results: By comparing the Mayo score of elbow function and VAS score of pain degree after therapy, results showed that the research group had more obvious improvement than the control group (P < 0.05). And the total efficacy of clinical treatment of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Moreover, compared with the control group, the research group had significantly less time of hospital stay after surgery and recovery time of elbow function (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with other regimens, combine therapy of external fixator with joint and limited internal fixation exert superior effects, reduce the time of hospital stay and promote recovery.

Methods: A total of 200 basketball players with complex elbow fracture dislocation were enrolled. And the patients were divided into research group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with internal fixation and plaster fixation, while the patients in research group were subjected to single-arm hinged external fixator. The therapeutic efficacy was compared between both groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the patients in the research group had higher rate of excellent and good by comparing the Mayo scores (P < 0.05). Also, the patients in the research group had better prognosis than those of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Application of single-arm hinged external fixator in basketball players with complex elbow fracture dislocation has advantages over traditional treatments.

Method: A total of 200 ping-pong players definitely diagnosed as lumbar disk hernia were enrolled. All patients were randomized into research group and control group. Of those, 100 patients of the control group were subjected to traction therapy while the other 100 of the research group underwent Tuina treatment.US Biodex System III Multi-joint Isokinetic Speed Test System and TeleMyo2400T Surface EMG were applied to detect the biomechanical characteristics of lumbar extensor before and after therapy, thus comparing the therapeutic efficacy between both groups. Results: Results showed that the total therapeutic efficacy of the research group (96.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.00%) (P < 0.05). And the peak torque of the patients in research group was markedly superior than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Application of Tuina therapy on the patients with lumbar disk hernia could yield significant results.

Method: A total of 180 soccer players who has been confirmed with unstable ankle joint fracture dislocation were selected as the objects of study. They were subjected to single arm hinged external fixation combined with limited internal fixation. Mayo scoring criteria were used to assess the elbow function from various aspects (pain, range of motion, stability, etc.), and the quality of life of the patient was recorded after treatment. Results: After the patients received treatment, the overall treatment excellent rate was 92.22%, Mayo score was 82.9±11.3 points, averaged range of motion of elbow was (106.9±20.6), showing good overall recovery status. Conclusion: The application of single arm hinged external fixation based on Environmental Science can achieve sound curative effect in the treatment of unstable ankle joint fracture dislocation of soccer players, resulting in improved overall treatment rate, reduced pain and better quality of life.

Methods: A total of 160 patients definitely diagnosed as bone fractures around knee joint were enrolled. All patients were randomized into research group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. Of those, routine functional training was applied on the patients of control group, while those of research group was subjected to cold therapy and functional training. The therapeutic efficacy was compared between both groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the pain scores and the swelling circumference of the affected limb of the research group were significantly improved (P < 0.05). And the complete recovery rate of the knee range of motion was higher in the reference group, as compared with that of the control group (P < 0.05). Also, the patients of the research group had obviously superior life quality than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Application of cold therapy and functional training in the patients with post-operative adhesion of the extensor device after knee surgery significantly alleviate joint swelling and pain, improve flexion dysfunction as well as promote the recovery of joint function, which is worth popularization and application.

Method: the objects of this study were 200 professional sport dancers with tibialisis anterior muscle fatigue after exercise. They all enjoyed the right to know and were randomly divided into two groups, i.e., research group containing 100 cases and control group containing 100 cases. The patients in research group, also called observation group, were treated with massage therapy; while those in control group just took a rest. Isokinetic test and training mode were used to model the left tibialisis anterior muscle fatigue. During the modeling period, the Monitoring and Evaluation of Atmospheric Environment was performed to determine the indicators of passive activity of ankle joints in both groups. Results: after the research objects took a 5-minute break, another test showed that the maximum amplitude and gain rate, integral electromyography and gain rate, median frequency and gain rate, slope and gain rate were significantly reduced, P < 0.05. After accepting the massage therapy, the index of patients in the research group increased significantly, which was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: The massage therapy can significantly reduce the degree of muscle fatigue. Meanwhile, it is scientific and reasonable to surface EMG and isokinetic test to evaluate the effect of massage therapy on the tibialisis anterior muscle fatigue of sport dancers.

To observe and analyze the curative effects of early rehabilitation and convalescent rehabilitation in weightlifter after elbow fracture surgery, with the purpose of providing valuable guidance for practical treatment. The subjects of this study were 160 weightlifters treated in our hospital. They were randomly divided into research group and control group, each containing 80. The patients in the control group were applied with convalescent treatment after elbow fracture surgery, also known as the convalescent rehabilitation group. In contrast, the patients in the research group were applied with early rehabilitation after elbow fracture surgery, also known as the early rehabilitation group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. The recovery of elbow function was evaluated using Mayo scoring system. It can be seen that compared with the control group, the score advantage of the research group was more significant, P < 0.05. By comparing the curative effect of elbow joint between the two groups, the results showed that the score of the research group was superior to that of the control group, P < 0.05. After six months of follow-up, the elbow dysfunction of the patients was observed, and the non-dysfunction rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. The early rehabilitation for weightlifters after elbow fracture surgery can improve the treatment effect to the maximum extent and prevent various adverse problems, which is worthy of being popularized and applied in clinics.

To observe and evaluate the foulage therapy efficacy in the treatment of tibialis anterior exercise fatigue in shot putters by surface electromyography and isokinetic test. A total of 120 patients with tibialis anterior exercise fatigue treated at our hospital were enrolled (shot putters). The patients were randomized into foulage therapy group and rest control group, with 60 cases in each group. The model of left tibialis anterior exercise fatigue was built under isokinetic training mode, which was performed before and after treatment. During modeling, surface electromyography was applied to measure each indicator in the passive movement of ankle. There was no significant difference regarding the integral electromyography, maximum amplitude, median frequency and slope between both groups under isokinetic mode before therapy (P > 0.05). After 5 minutes of rest, another test showed profound decrease in the maximum amplitude and gain rate, integral electromyography and gain rate, median frequency and gain rate as well as slope and gain rate (P < 0.05). However, when foulage therapy was performed, the enhancement of the above indicators was significantly higher in the foulage therapy group than those of the rest control group (P < 0.05). Application of foulage therapy could markedly improve muscle fatigue.

The patients were divided into study group (100 cases) for methylprednisolone pulse therapy and reference group (100 cases) for dexamethasone therapy. The treatment outcomes of the two groups were statistically compared. Results: Comparison of the overall treatment effectiveness of the two groups shows significant advantage of the study group over the reference group, p <0.05; Conclusion: Methylprednisolone pulse therapy has a good short-term effect on acute spinal cord injury, which can promote patient recovery with great application value.

Methods: A total of 180 Taekwondo athletes definitely diagnosed with complicated fracture around knee in our hospital were enrolled as study objects and divided into study group and reference group, each group with 90 cases. Where, the reference group received traditional internal fixation treatment, while the study group underwent minimally invasive internal fixation system treatment. Treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: Comparison of surgical indexes between the two groups, namely operation time, blood loss, incision length and healing time, reveals obvious advantages in the results of study group, p< 0.05; comparison of excellent rate of treatment between the two groups reveals significantly higher rate of the study group (95.56%) than the reference group (83.33%), p <0.05; in addition, observation and comparison of postoperative Harris score and HSS score after half a year and one year show superior score of the study group to the reference group, p<0.05. Conclusion: For the Taekwondo athletes with complicated fracture around knee, minimally invasive internal fixation system treatment mode can significantly improve the treatment effect with good safety and reliability, which is worthy of popularization and application.

Eighty athletes with patellar tendinopathy were selected as the study group patients in this study. Eighty healthy athletes were selected as the reference group. The time range was from May 2016 to October 2018. Compared with the healthy athletes in the reference group, the athletes with patellar tendinopathy in the study group had a larger VMO: VL ratio, p<0.05, statistically significant. In comparison of VMO and VL excitation time between the two groups, no significant difference was shown between the two groups, p>0.05, not statistically significant. The athletes with patellar tendinopathy showed VMO/VL imbalance. It is necessary to scientifically select rehabilitation training measures to prevent and control athletes’ patellar tendinopathy.

Objective: To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of LISS surgery on complex bone fracture around the knee. A total of 180 patients definitely diagnosed as complex bone fracture around the knee were enrolled and divided into research group and control group, with 90 cases in each group. The patients of control group were subjected to traditional internal fixation, while those of research group underwent LISS surgery. The therapeutic efficacy was compared between both groups. The perioperative indicators of research group were significantly lower than that of control group (p<0.05). The excellent and good rate of knee function of the research group (95.56%) was markedly higher than that of control group (77.78%) (p<0.05). Compared with the control group, the VAS score and Lysholm knee function score of the research group had more advantages (p<0.05). Application of LISS surgery on complex bone fracture around the knee could exert satisfactory efficacy and promote recovery, which is worthy of popularization.

To observe and analyze the effect of isokinetic muscle strength training on sEMG of patients after total hip arthroplasty, and to explore the effect on improving quadriceps femoris and hamstring muscle strength. The objects of this study were 160 soccer players who underwent total hip arthroplasty in our hospital. The two weeks after the operation, intermittent isokinetic strength training at multiple angles of the affected side was conducted once a day. At the same time, before the first training, 7 days and 14 days after the training, the surface electromyography signals of the affected limb and the quadriceps femoris and hamstrings of the healthy limb during the squat were measured. The electromyography integral value (iEMG value) of squat exercise was taken for analysis three times, and the changes of quadriceps femoris, hamstrings and hamstrings/quadriceps ratio (H/Q ratio) of the affected and healthy limbs were observed. Before the training, the iEMG values of patients' femoral quadriceps and hamstring of the affected limb were significantly lower than those of the healthy side, p<0.05. At 7 and 14 days after the training, the iEMG values of the quadriceps femoris and hamstrings of the affected side showed a significant increase, p<0.05. After the isokinetic muscle training, the iEMG values of the quadriceps femoris and hamstrings of the healthy side of the patient tended to decrease. For soccer players undergoing total hip arthroplasty, the isokinetic muscle strength training can promote the positive improvement of quadriceps femoris and hamstring muscle strength, and effectively enhance the stability of knee joint, which is worthy of being promoted and applied.

The results show that there is a negative causal relationship between the surface type learning motivation and the learning behavior of ideological and political education in the reform of ideological and political education in universities, and there is a positive causal relationship between the deep type and the achievement type learning motivation. Among the three kinds of learning motivation, deep learning motivation has the greatest impact on the learning behavior of ideological and political education. Strengthening the deep learning motivation is beneficial to the reform of ideological and political education in universities.

Studies have shown that Wushu training can induce the slow wave activity rhythm of cerebral with high amplitude, which is beneficial to people’s physical and mental health and stable nerves. In order to further explore the influence of Wushu training on the human brain electrical nerve, according to the theoretical design experiment for the influence of the head down tilt on the brain electrical activity, the EEG data of the shooting athletes after handstand training of Wushu and the Taijiquan training are obtained. The experimental data show that there are significant differences in the power value of α and β frequency band of the cerebral nerve, the index of EEG coherence function, the comprehensive index of EEG after the handstand training and the posture of sitting. The indexes of the athletes’ EEG are significantly higher than those before the handstand training, indicating that the handstand training of Wushu has a positive effect on the human brain electricity. After the Taijiquan training, the power value of the slow wave of athletes’ brain nerve (δ, θ wave) decreased, the power value of the fast wave (β wave) increased, indicating that Taijiquan training helps the coordination operation of the brain on both sides of the body.

To explore the effect of physical exercise on the recovery of function after injury of the nervous systemy in Ecological environment, the recovery of hindlimb function of spinal cord injury in rats was taken as an example to explore the effect of exercise training on the mRNA expression of neuroinhibitory factor Nogo-A, receptor (NgR) and Cdh1 in the spinal cord injury of rats. The rat model of T10 spinal cord injury was made by modified Allens strike method. After making the model, the movement function of hindlimbs of rats was observed by BBB scoring method. The relative mRNA content of Nogo-A, NgR and Cdh1 in spinal cord tissues at different time points were measured by Fluorescence quantitative PCR method. The results showed that 4-8 weeks after the surgery, the ranking of BBB scores were: exercise training group (group B) >SCI group (group A) > control group (group C) (P<0.05).The peak value of Cdh1 mRNA content in group A and B appeared on the seventh day. The peak value of Cdh1 mRNA content in group D appeared at fifth days, but there was no significant difference between the two groups of E and F (P>0.05).The experimental results show that physical exercise training can reduce the mRNA expression of Nogo-A and NgR, promote the mRNA expression of Cdh1 in the injured area of the spinal cord injury rats, and stimulate the recovery of hindlimb function of the rats after spinal cord injury.

There is no consensus on the impact of negative emotions on conflict adaptation effect (CAE). It is found that the relationship between emotion and conflict adaptation is affected by the correlation of conflict tasks of emotional stimulus under environmental impact and whether the control task itself stimulates or reacts to conflict. This study found that there was an interaction between task relevance of emotional stimuli and types of conflict tasks under environmental impact. Once conflict control occurs in the subsequent response phase, unrelated negative emotions may have disappeared. This may explain why unrelated emotional stimuli have no effect on CAE.

Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) was used to assign weights to each hierarchical factor, and an assessment model of ecological environmental vulnerability of interior design was constructed. By using the function of map algebra in spatial analysis, the single-factor spatial grid data are superimposed to obtain the ecological vulnerability index on each grid unit, and the grid-scale-based ecological environmental vulnerability analysis of interior design is completed. The experimental results show that the evaluation results obtained by the proposed method and the actual fitting degree are high, which verifies the comprehensive practicability of the proposed method.

ABSTRACT

For the problem that the traditional method of spatial and temporal dynamic monitoring for vegetation coverage in villages and towns has low monitoring accuracy, a method of time and space dynamic monitoring for vegetation coverage in villages and towns based on TM imagery is proposed. The ARCGIS tool is used to vectorize the township boundaries, and the TM remote sensing image preprocessing is performed by histogram matching method. Using the normalized design vegetation index, the pixel dichotomy model is used to estimate and extract vegetation coverage information. The vegetation cover level is divided according to the status of township land use, the characteristics of vegetation cover and the analytical precision of TM imagery. In ArcGIS 10.0, the change of vegetation coverage at each level is judged according to the change of the number of pixels, and the spatial and temporal dynamic monitoring of vegetation coverage is completed. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high monitoring accuracy and lays a solid foundation for the research progress in this field.

ABSTRACT

Wetland has strong material production function, which is rich in animal and plant resources. In view of the high error in the quantitative study of vegetation distribution structure in traditional wetland ecological gardens, a quantitative analysis of vegetation distribution structure in wetland ecological gardens based on phytocoenology was proposed. The connotation of phytocoenology was expounded. Based on the theory of phytocoenology, the classification of wetland ecological garden vegetation was divided into two categories: wet vegetation and aquatic vegetation. Based on the vector data of wetland vegetation extracted by Ouickbirc satellite combined with field survey, a quantitative evaluation model of wetland ecological garden vegetation distribution structure was constructed according to the theory of phytocoenology. The experimental results show that the proposed method has low quantization error, which lays a foundation for the further development of research in this field.

Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and long time-consuming in the existing green ecological residential building environment assessment model, a green ecological residential building environment assessment model based on Bayesian network is proposed. Based on the analysis of the four basic characteristics of green ecological residential buildings, the environmental assessment model of green ecological residential buildings is constructed by using Bayesian network. The concrete implementation steps include structure learning, parameter learning and reasoning calculation. For structure learning, expert construction is used to determine the Bayesian network node, and then construct causal topology structure, including initial network and transfer network. For parameter learning, EM algorithm is used to train and learn discrete data sets to obtain the probability distribution of different nodes. The BN with known structure and parameters is reasoned and predicted, and given test data sets, the probability distribution of different nodes is obtained. The probabilistic distributions of different time nodes are used to obtain the environmental assessment results of green ecological residential buildings. The experimental results show that the evaluation accuracy of the model is high and the time-consuming is low, which indicates that the model is feasible.

Firstly, the status quo of agricultural ecological environment pollution is analyzed, then the information of agricultural atmospheric, soil and water pollution is collected by sensors, transmitted by wireless communication module in the Internet environment, and the monitoring results are presented by display. The experimental results show that the monitoring method has higher accuracy of pollution data acquisition, less monitoring delay, and is more practical.

The patterns of heavy metal pollution in agricultural soils in China are diverse, and the risk of regional pollution is prominent. Heavy metal pollution mainly includes strong spatial heterogeneity of heavy metals in soil, large differences in heavy metal accumulation between soil types and crop varieties, serious soil acidification, imbalance of soil elements, difficulty in reversing the trend of heavy metal accumulation in soil, insignificant linear relationship between soil and crop in heavy metal accumulation, imperfect remediation technology, and lack of long-term risk control mechanism of remediation measures. In order to further clarify the diffusion characteristics of heavy metal pollution in agricultural soils, based on a large number of spatial distance data and heavy metal content data, Kriging interpolation method is used to draw the spatial distribution map of heavy metal elements and establish a spatial distribution model. At the same time, the mathematical model of heavy metal pollution degree in agricultural soil surface is established. The pollution degree of agricultural soil is evaluated by Nemerow comprehensive index method and single pollution index method, and the main cause of heavy metal pollution is found to be industrial activities. Finally, the convection-dispersion-adsorption equation model of heavy metal pollutants in agricultural soils is established by analyzing the main characteristics of heavy metal pollutants in the process of transmission.

In order to solve the uneven distribution of vegetation in mineral resources areas, a data mining method for vegetation distribution in mineral resources areas is proposed. The preparation and distribution of mineral areas follow the spatial distribution law. The longitude, latitude and elevation of ground control points are measured by RTK, and the UAV data images are obtained. The original aerial images are corrected by the precise coordinates of ground control points. Based on Orthophoto image of sample plot, decision tree algorithm is used to establish sample training data to obtain vegetation coverage grade of mineral resources. The theory of linear decomposition method is used to establish the corresponding linear mixed model, and the sample data is substituted into the linear element decomposition model to calculate the contribution rate of soil and vegetation coverage. The results show that the contribution rate of vegetation coverage in mineral resources areas is about 70%, and the vegetation coverage level is higher.

Molecular dynamics method is introduced into the finite element method of continuum by using composite finite element method. Morse potential function is used to deduce the uniaxial stress distribution law of high strength metal materials, and a composite model composed of grains, grain boundaries and voids is established. The effect of grain size on the non-linear stress-strain relationship and the change of macro-elastic modulus of materials during unidirectional linear step-by-step loading were studied by means of FEPg software. ABSTRACT

In recent years, haze weather occurs frequently in Beijing, and the accumulation of air particulate matter is one of the main causes of haze weather. As an important air particulate matter, biological aerosol is harmful to human health. This study investigated the distribution of biological aerosol concentration and particle size in haze weather, and the Spearman’s relationship between biological aerosol concentration and air quality index PM2.5 (AQI), ambient temperature and humidity. The correlation was studied. The particle size distribution of bio-aerosols in severe fog and haze weather in winter and summer was analyzed. The potential damage to human body was also studied. The results showed that the concentration of bio-aerosols was negatively correlated with PM2.5 (AQI) and positively correlated with ambient temperature. Environmental humidity was negatively correlated with bacterial aerosol concentration and positively correlated with fungal aerosol concentration. In winter, the maximum concentration of bacterial and fungal aerosols was detected in the range of 4.5-7.0 μm and 2.1-3.3 μm, respectively, while in summer, the highest concentration of bacterial and fungal aerosols were distributed. In the range of 3.3-4.5 μm, the results of this study will provide basic data for evaluating the hazards of bio-aerosols to human health under different haze conditions.

ABSTRACT

In order to improve the popularity of outdoor rock climbing, the factors affecting the ecological environment quality in outdoor climbing sports are analyzed and studied. Questionnaires and R-factor analysis are used. The R-type factor analysis is used for the processing of the questionnaire. According to the same characteristics of the variables with higher load factors of the influencing factors of ecological environment quality, the analysis and research on the three influencing factors of the ecological environment quality in promotion of outdoor climbing sports are clearly put forward. The three factors loads of ecological environment quality are given, and the influence of three ecological environmental quality factors on the promotion of outdoor rock climbing is analyzed in detail. Reasonable suggestions have been given to improve the promotion of outdoor rock climbing.

ABSTRACT

In order to improve the intensive and economical utilization of cultivated land resources and alleviate the influence of cultivated land resource poverty on rural economic and social poverty, a comparative analysis of farmland resource poverty measurement under different time and space was put forward. The global Moran index is used to characterize the spatial distribution characteristics of cultivated land resource poverty in the county. The time factor is added to the model of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the measurement model of cultivated land resource poverty is constructed to solve the problem of weight change caused by the change of time. Complete the measurement of cultivated land poverty resources. The experimental results show that the Moran index shows an upward trend in Moran’s I from 2013 to 2017. The results show that the poverty degree difference of cultivated land resources between districts and counties gradually becomes smaller, which makes the overall spatial difference of cultivated land resources poverty narrow gradually, and the benefit of spatial agglomeration increases continuously.

Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of traditional prediction model of heavy metal pollution distribution in soil, a prediction model of heavy metal pollution distribution in agricultural soil based on network perspective is proposed. From the perspective of network, the distribution of heavy metal pollution in agricultural soils is predicted and selected according to three prediction types: pollution state prediction, rapid deterioration prediction and slow deterioration prediction. A prediction model of heavy metal pollution distribution in agricultural soils is established, and the degree of heavy metal pollution in agricultural soils is analyzed by using the prediction model of heavy metal pollution distribution in agricultural soils. The experimental results show that the designed model has high prediction accuracy.

Application of BP neural network model of zhalong wetland ecological vulnerability is evaluated. 7-2-4 structure was used to sample various wetland types of grid unit it calculated ecologically fragile index E Ⅵ value as a training set, through the largest error back propagation training of 1, 000 times, the maximum error was 1.1%, the minimum error is 0. The 7-dimensional evaluation index variable to 1-dimensional variable of zalong wetland was successfully realized, namely the mapping of zalong wetland ecological vulnerability index, and the ecological vulnerability index value of all grid units in the study area was obtained. Using GIS technology, the ecological vulnerability grading map of zhalong wetland was made, and the analysis showed that the moderate and severe vulnerable areas of zhalong wetland accounted for 18% of the whole, and the potential vulnerable areas and slight vulnerable areas accounted for 63% of the whole. From the quantitative point of view, the overall ecological environment of zhalong nature reserve was not optimistic, which provided scientific reference for zhalong wetland ecological environmental protection and management.

ABSTRACT

There is a mutual promotion between ecological security and international trade, as well as frequent friction. Aiming at the problem that the traditional model has poor application effect, a VECM-based impact model of the prohibition of waste trade on reducing environmental pollution is designed. With VAR vector autoregressive model, each endogenous variable of the system is set as a function of the hysteresis of all endogenous variables in the system. Then, the ADF test is used to test the stability of the variables, and the EG cointegration test is used to perform the cointegration test to construct the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Finally, using the Granger Causality Test, the causal relationship between the prohibition of rubbish trade and the reduction of environmental pollution was analyzed. The experimental results show that there is a long-term causal relationship between prohibiting long-term garbage trade and reducing environmental pollution, which verifies the effectiveness of the designed model.

Revealing the relationship between excessive fertilization and soil microorganism diversity plays an important role in improving agricultural economic and ecological benefits. The soil without fertilization, reasonable fertilization and over fertilization for a long time were used as test materials to determine the diversity of microorganism after incubation. Shannon index was used to measure the number of microorganism species and individuals in soil and the evenness of their distribution. Excessive fertilization resulted in an obvious increase in Shannon index, indicating that excessive fertilization would lead to a decrease in the number of microorganisms in soil. The McIntonch index was used to evaluate the index of microorganism homogeneity. Excessive fertilization resulted in a significantly higher McIntonch index, indicating that excessive fertilization would lead to a single microorganism species in the soil. There were significant differences in microorganism diversity in soil with different degrees of fertilization, especially in the case of excessive fertilization, microorganism diversity in soil decreased significantly on the whole. The simulation example of oil spill accident in Bohai submarine pipeline shows that the model can provide theoretical basis and technical support for risk assessment and emergency response of oil pollution accident.

The application of information fusion technology to describe the outdoor comprehensive environmental information shows that the neural network method is more suitable for the study of building environmental information analysis method, and a framework of building environmental information fusion system based on the neural network method is proposed. Winter is colder in some parts of China. Simulating the cooling process of buildings in cold regions can optimize the plane distribution and shape design of buildings. This paper presents a simulation calculation method for temperature loss characteristics of assembled buildings in cold regions based on BIM technology, which provides guidance for building planning and design. According to the different wind environments which are too different between different buildings and the strong wind in the building area, the numerical discretization of the wind velocity field is carried out. The strain tensor and spin tensor of the wind velocity field of the building’s outdoor wind environment in the cold region are calculated, to correct the turbulence, and analyze the atmospheric stability of the urban boundary layer structure. Combining with the distribution of wind velocity field, the simulation of building wind invasion and temperature loss process in cold region is realized. The simulation results show that the method is accurate in simulating the temperature process of building’s wind intrusion in cold regions.

To explore the effect of atmospheric environmental quality on the cardiopulmonary function of rock climbers. Based on the stormy weather conditions, the optimal planning of the directional navigation route of the sailing boat is further improved, and a directional navigation route planning model for the port sailing in the stormy ocean environment is proposed. The relationship between the stormy marine environment and the directional navigation trajectory of the sailboat is analyzed. The corresponding influence relationship is found to be affected by the three disturbance factors of ocean waves, currents and sea breeze in the stormy marine environment. The dynamic planning theory is used to construct the directional navigation route planning model for the port sailing, realizing the real-time planning of the sailing trajectory. The experimental results show that the planning time of the proposed model can be kept stable for 35s, which fully realizes the real-time planning of the directional navigation route of the port sailing in the stormy ocean environment.

Formaldehyde and other volatile organic compounds bring serious pollution to indoor air and have a negative impact on human health. In this paper, the main sources of formaldehyde pollution in indoor air and the characteristics of the formaldehyde pollution are analyzed. On this basis, the formaldehyde pollution in the indoor air is quantitatively analyzed by using the BP neural network. The results show that the method of quantitative analysis based on the BP neural network is superior to the traditional quantitative analysis method based on the genetic algorithm, and the proposed method is effective. Finally, the control and control measures of formaldehyde pollution in indoor air are put forward, which provides the basis for controlling formaldehyde pollution in indoor air, purifying indoor environment and improving indoor air quality.

In order to accurately observe, sample and measure the root growth of farmland plants,in this paper, the root system monitoring system is used to obtain the pictures of multi-scale farmland roots. Based on Matlab digital image recognition method, the root image software consisting of image geometric distortion correction, image mosaic, root image extraction and root area calculation is programmed by SIFI and OTSU method. Using this software to study and analyze the acquired digital images of the roots.The results show that the root image splicing and extraction analysis system based on Matlab preliminarily realizes the in-situ identification of the root characteristics of farmland plants. The system can improve the work efficiency of the root image of farmland plants and provide help for calculating the root area.

At present, the rise of ecotourism has seriously threatened the migration of migratory birds. The traditional method of monitoring migratory birds’ migration path generally adopts the ring-banding method. The recovery rate of this method is about 10%. In recent years, the Environmental Research Institute have studied the remote sensing tracking method of the migration path of bar-headed geese, and carried out the collection, processing and analysis of satellite tracking data, remote sensing imaging data and surface temperature data, and preliminary results are obtained. By analyzing the influence of haze environment on the training effect of ice climbing, training plan can be formulated more reasonably. This paper presents a modeling method for the effect of haze environment on ice climbing training based on global optimal solution. Firstly, chaos theory and particle theory are combined organically to map the evoked region of the motion individual’s response to the first and second haze stimuli to the nuclear space, and obtain the physiological change factors of the motion individual. Then, using support vector machine theory, the signal transmission in the brain and the same physiological components in the body loop system are obtained, and the haze environment is extracted to climb. The objective function of haze environment on ice climbing training effect is established. The global optimal solution of haze environment on ice climbing training effect is solved. The influence model of haze environment on ice climbing training effect prediction is designed. The experimental results show that the model has the advantages of accuracy and small error, and can accurately predict the training effect of ice climbing in haze environment.

ABSTRACT

Aiming at the problem that the existing eco-environmental pollution economic cost assessment method has low evaluation accuracy, an ecological cost assessment method based on grey theory is proposed. A grey relational degree function is constructed to analyze the correlation between ecological environmental pollution and economic cost. According to the results of correlation analysis, the factors affecting the economic cost of ecological environmental pollution are ranked according to the degree of correlation. The economic cost assessment framework of ecological environmental pollution based on two-step method is constructed, and the economic cost assessment of ecological environmental pollution based on gray theory is completed. Experimental results show that the accuracy of this method is always above 97%, it shows that the method in this paper has higher evaluation accuracy, and verifies the comprehensive practicability of the method in the evaluation of ecological environmental economic cost.

ABSTRACT

In order to measure the concentration of various exhaust gas components of vehicle engine exhaust, an analysis method of pollution emission characteristics of new energy vehicles based on ASM is proposed. The ASM working condition test equipment is composed of light chassis dynamometer, exhaust gas analyzer, electrical control system, computer control software, and auxiliary equipment (such as television), safety protection device, heat dissipation fan and so on. After the automobile is preheated to the prescribed hot state, it accelerates to the specified speed. According to the acceleration load of the specified speed of the automobile, the concentration of various exhaust gas components emitted by the automobile engine is measured by keeping the automobile running at the same speed under the loading of the automobile. The relationship between the discharge qualification rate and the emission and the working condition is analyzed by building the automobile emission model. The results show that the failure rate of the vehicle’s NOx emission is up to 36% over 10 years, and the influence of the test conditions on the emission is small during the test.

The waste produced by financial management in backward areas has a significant impact on the environment. A comparative analysis model of financial management and environmental pollution in backward areas based on the dynamic adjustment of capital structure is put forward. The constraint parameter model of financial management and waste discharge in backward areas is constructed by using sub-sample adjustment method, and the emission standards are divided into three groups: high, medium and low, so as to realize the quantitative analysis of environmental pollution caused by waste produced by financial management in backward areas. The empirical study shows that the pollution caused by the waste in the financial management in the backward area has a level confidence of 95%, through the optimization of the target capital results, the optimization of the financial management and the reduction of the impact of the waste discharge on the environment.

In order to reduce the influence of upstream buildings on street valley pollution, an analysis of the influence of upstream buildings on the distribution of pollutants in street canyons based on three-dimensional BIM model is proposed. Based on the three-dimensional BIM model, the street valley of four building layout planes is given, and the height of the buildings on the two sides of the street valley is analyzed by numerical simulation and is 15m. The numerical simulation uses FLUENT-6.3.26 as the basic program to simulate the velocity of air flow and the concentration field of pollutants in the solution area. The diffusion equation of pollutants is represented by QUICK scheme. The experimental results show that the swirl in the middle street valley of layout 3 is beneficial to the diffusion of pollutants.

In order to further ensure the quality of concrete, the rebound strength method is used to analyze the concrete strength test used for building engineering reinforcement. The basic principle of rebound test is analyzed, and the rebound value is tested according to the basic principle. On the basis of this, the concrete tensile strength test is completed according to the calculation result of the sound velocity value in concrete. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a good fitting degree with the actual test value, which indicates that the proposed method has better performance and provides data support for more accurate testing of the strength of high-strength concrete members on site.

ABSTRACT

Vegetation is closely related to human survival and development, which seriously affects the sustainable development of human beings. Monitoring vegetation coverage is the focus of human beings for a long time. In order to provide a good ecological environment in football field, a TM image analysis method for temporal and spatial dynamic monitoring of vegetation cover in football field is proposed. A football field in Guilin is selected as the research object to analyze the vegetation cover of the football field from 2013 to 2016. The data source is given, and the remote sensing image is preprocessed. On this basis, vegetation cover monitoring is completed based on linear mixed pixel decomposition. The experimental results show that the vegetation cover area of football field shows a downward trend from 2013 to 2016. Among the four vegetation types, the area is the most middle vegetation cover area, and the proportion of low vegetation cover area is the smallest.

ABSTRACT

The direction of the incoming flow wind and the architectural design has important influence on the microclimate of the residential area. As one of the common designs in subtropical areas, overhead building has been proven to improve the low-wind condition of pedestrian areas around buildings in high-density cities. However, the impact of the design on its surrounding microclimate (wind environment and thermal comfort) has not been quantified in depth. Through the fluid computation of CFD, this paper explores the influence of four different aerial heights and three wind directions on the microclimate of pedestrian areas around the aerial buildings. DDES model was selected for CFD simulation, and CFD prediction was compared with wind tunnel test, and their correlation coefficient was 0.96. Meanwhile, the physiological equivalent temperature (PET) was selected as the index to evaluate outdoor thermal comfort. The results show that the high wind speed area on the side of the building decreases with the increase of the ratio h/H between the aerial height and the building height. When to incoming flow direction and architecture into a 90°, significantly lower overhead pedestrian zone under the wind speed and body feeling hotter, this is not conducive to improve the subtropical summer monsoon city environment and the pedestrian thermal comfort. In this paper, DDES model is used to analyze the influence of building overhead height and wind direction on wind environment and thermal comfort of pedestrian area, which is of guiding significance for future urban microclimate design.

The internal and external environmental factors of high-energy consuming enterprises are changing day by day, various uncertainties and risks facing high-energy consuming enterprises are increasing, and the probability of financial crisis occurring in high-energy consuming enterprises is increasing. The research on financial crisis warning can help high-energy consuming enterprises to prevent the occurrence of crisis in advance and take effective measures to ensure the healthy development of high-energy consuming enterprises. Select the companies was announced in 2013 that special treatment in the 21 ST companies with the corresponding 89 non-ST companies as research samples, on the basis of Z-SCORE financial forewarning model, time series analysis using data mining method, according to the financial data of ST companies were announced special processing in front of 5years and the corresponding data of non-ST companies, to predict Z-SCORE values of year 2012 and 2013. The predicted data were analyzed from two aspects: First, the predicted value in 2012 was compared with the real value to verify the prediction accuracy; Second, the accuracy of judgment is tested by comparing the predicted value in 2013 with the possibility of actual financial crisis. Through comparison and analysis, the accuracy and judgment accuracy of the above two cases are above 80%, indicating that the analysis method adopted has broad application prospects.

ABSTRACT

The niche fitness model can not only quantitatively study the niche fitness of urban human settlements environment quality in different regions, but also concisely and intuitively reveal the dominant factors and spatial differentiation rules that cause the regional differences of niche fitness of human settlements environment quality. The light environment in the space environment of middle school buildings is the focus of this paper. Through the environment analysis software Autodesk Ecotect and Radiance to assist in modeling, analysis and comparison, focusing on the light environment simulation of the middle school building working environment; and through the example simulation to illustrate the impact of maintenance and shading components on the light environment; finally, some follow-up research and suggestions on the lighting strategy of the middle school building are made. This provides a theoretical basis for decision-making and management departments to formulate urban planning plans.

ABSTRACT

With the rise of the local landscape construction movement, the plant landscape design which simulates the natural plant community gradually attracts people’s attention. Taking Handan area of Hebei Province as an example, a systematic sampling method was used to investigate the forest vegetation in Handan Motianling. Based on the hierarchical structure and appearance characteristics of the 13 natural communities, and by applying the principles of garden art, plant landscaping and other related theories to simulate, a variety of plant landscape planting mode for the application of urban garden green space is constructed. This paper aims to provide a reference for the scientific construction of the plant community of shelterbelt, forest planting and patch planting in urban garden green space, and also provides a new solution for the green space landscape design in urban ecological garden construction.
